By downloading or using Daily Quotes, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Daily Quotes.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings.

Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Quotes you write remain yours. You grant Daily Quotes a limited license to store and display your content inside your own app experience. You're responsible for the content you submit and must not submit anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, or offensive.

The app, its design, the compilation of quotes, the brand, and related trademarks are owned by or licensed to Prime Organize and protected by applicable laws.

Attributions are provided in good faith and may contain inaccuracies. The inclusion of any quote does not imply endorsement of Daily Quotes by the quoted individual.

Daily Quotes is provided for inspirational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, abuse, disrupt, or otherwise misuse the app or its services.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Organize is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
